About Me

Hi.  I’m Zeb Wallace and I am from Belgreen, AL.  I graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2006 with a degree in Professional Geography.  I am now a first semester graduate student in the new Geospatial Science program and I am taking 12 hours of courses, including Climatology, Meteorology, Multimedia Geovisualization and Intro to Geospatial Science.  My interests lie anywhere from environmental hazards to natural and physical geography.  I love the study of geography and the possibilities that it has for my future.  I would love the opportunity to work for the National Park Service or maybe even at a university as a geography professor.  It’s a very exciting time for me because there are so many possibilities.

I’m actually a pretty random guy. I love the outdoors and being outside hiking or wading in the creek.  I also love theater and have been involved with community theater for over 10 years.  I currently serve as the Chairman for the Bay Tree Council for the Performing Arts in Red Bay, AL and I have four years experience in the film industry.  While I was in college, I worked at Walt Disney World as a Safari Guide at Kilimanjaro Safaris and as a Showkeeper at Disney’s MGM Studios.  I love Christian, Country, Celtic, and Classical music and I play the violin.  I love nature and desire to live out in the country someday in a log house.  My Christian faith is very important to me and I hope that I can be a good example for Christ.
